How do returns and exchanges work?
We can manage any exchange or returns once advised via the the submission of the form below. Complete the details and bring the item back to school. We will then manage the exchange or refund.
We process exchange requests immediately so you'll have the item (stock dependent) as fast as a regular order. Cut off is 5pm Monday for Tuesday deliveries to the school.
We collect weekly from the school normally early on a Tuesday with credits processed on receipt of the item from the school. If you bring an item to school on a Tuesday you will have missed that week's collection.
When you return the item please retain the original packaging if possible Ensure your name is attached so we can match the return to your request.
